Why can't I install apps on my iPhone?


The iOS Restrictions disables certain features of the iPhone, including the ability to download apps. So, if you can't install an update, the function may be blocked. Go to "Settings" > tap "General" > tap "Restrictions" > enter your passcode > check "Installing Apps" and turn on the updating feature.




Why is my phone not downloading apps?


If clearing the cache and data in your Google Play Store didn't work then you may need to go into your Google Play Services and clear the data and cache there. Doing this is easy. You need to go into your Settings and hit Application manager or Apps. From there,




WiFi Connection


Because the game is over 100MB in size, an active WiFi connection (NOT just a cellular connection) is required to install the game from the App Store. If WiFi is not currently available, try purchasing or downloading the game later when you are connected to WiFi. NOTE: once the game is installed, you may play without an Internet connection, though an active connection (WiFi or cellular) is required to download or share the Cultural Insight Videos that are unlocked during gameplay.




Available Storage:


The game requires approximately 750MB of available storage for the initial installation. You can see how much storage you have available using iTunes or by going to Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage on your device. Delete unused apps or files to free up storage.




Operating System Version


n addition to being one of the supported models noted above, your device must also be running iOS version 8.0 or later. To determine your operating system version, go to Settings > General > About on the device. If your device is not running version 8.0 or later, please upgrade to the latest version of iOS available for your device.

You’re not using the right Apple account



The apps installed in your phone are tied to a particular Apple ID. That said, if you have more than one Apple ID, it’s possible that you’re not logged in to the one that downloaded the apps you’re trying to update.
